Free Shipping

Any free shipping offering is limited to packages or combinations of packages up to 5kg in dimensional weight. Certain products and/or sizes of products have been excluded from free shipping promotions and multiples of some products may result in free shipping disqualification.

Processing  Times

We are committed to offering the quickest processing times possible, so any unforeseen circumstances, holidays, and/or large sale events all orders will be shipped within 2 business days of the order being placed. 

Carrier Selection

We reserve the right to use an alternate carrier in the event that they may provide a faster more cost effective service for the package at no increased cost to the customer.

Lost/Damaged Packages

Carrier insurance is purchased on all orders and upon release to carriers all liability will remain with them until delivery. Should the a package be lost/damaged, we will make all efforts to trace package through the carriers and will initiate a claim, if necessary.  When possible we will re-ship before resolution of the claim, although no obligation to do shall exist.  Packages marked delivered by the carrier shall be considered delivered by Flavour Hub Inc. and indicate completion of the transaction and/or obligations. In the event there is a dispute as to the delivery of a package, we shall initiate a claim with the carrier and the customer will be reimbursed upon resolution of the claim.
