b) If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may request photos of the damaged or defective product to assist with processing your claim.
c) If we determine that the product is damaged or defective, we will provide you with a replacement product or a refund, at our discretion.

b) If you are approved for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-14 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

a) Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. All sales are final.
